You have no idea how thankful Jenna and I are. She would get so worried when we would take Dale to the dog park since for obvious reasons we’d never be able to catch him if he decided to take off. And he definitely has a couple of times, but thankfully there was always someone who could block him to hold him until me got there.
Dale was retired from racing when he was 5 years old, which is pretty long to race for a greyhound. But it’s obvious that he loves and enjoys running, which is why I think he was able to do it for so long. He loved what he did and so won those races time and time again.
We just wanted to let you know how grateful we are that we can finally take Dale off leash to different places. Our most favorite place is the dog beach downtown. And I am certain that it’s Dale’s favorite too.
